History
Peter, due to his
condition needs a big support. His mother is the one who takes care of him as
much as she can. Mama Peter is struggling to take care of Peter.
Mama Peter said he
was born healthy, but when he was one and a half years old, he became very sick
and from there he did not achieve the expected milestones.
PETER AND UMOJA I-NGO
UMOJA was able to help Peter with a wheelchair
and to Umoja house for occupational therapy. Also Umoja provides Peter with
medical support and regular follow-up. Umoja is currently arranging a program
where doctors will be involved in the Umoja center and to the house-holds.
